Problems with Your Order?

Once your order is shipped, we can’t make changes to it — this includes address edits, size swaps, or cancelations. If you made a mistake, contact us ASAP at support@hoodhippie.com with your order number and issue. We’ll do our best if it hasn’t shipped yet.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prep and ship your order. For items marked as PREORDER, extended timelines will apply — but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Once your order is out the door, you’ll get tracking info emailed to you. Hood Hippie is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they’ve shipped. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your item shows up damaged, incomplete, or just plain wrong — don’t trip. Email us at support@hoodhippie.com with photos and your order number. We’ll fix it up with no extra cost to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final — we do not offer refunds.
But if you receive something defective or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a free replacement. Heads up on Shipping Details: If your order bounces back to us due to a wrong address, reshipping will be on you. Triple-check your info before checking out.
